Erik serves as a Partner at our firm. Erik is professionally focused on the implementation of strategy processes, business development, value-based management, financial - & cash management, sales & marketing as well as the development and streamlining of the customers' various work processes. Erik has extensive experience as CEO and COO in several Nordic companies within banking, finance and telecoms, as well as having been an advisor to and CEO of several large Norwegian law firms. Erik is also founding partner of TechTorget.

Peter van Dam

Independant strategic advisor

Peter is an experienced digital strategy advisor with in-depth expertise in selecting and maintaining application portfolios for organizations in the legal sector. He has held multiple roles—as CDO at a law firm, as country manager for a legal tech software company, and as an independent consultant—giving him a comprehensive perspective on the different angles in the industry. As the organizer of the Nordic Legal Tech event TechTorget and an advisor to investors, Peter has developed a deep understanding of the collaboration needed between law firms and legal tech start-ups and scale-ups. Recognizing the sector’s need for better integration, he is currently developing a shared service center and platform concept to support collaboration at both a micro and macro level.
